Product Warranty

Each piece of jewelry we offer is designed and handcrafted in the USA by us, La More Design. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we make, so we proudly guarantee that our jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in either materials or workmanship. 

If you have an issue with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us for an inspection. Our gemologist and jeweler will examine your jewelry. If we determine your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item free of charge. However, if the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and offer you a repair service option. The cost of the repair service varies depending on the condition of the item. 

Please note: 

* Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted in our NYC shop, so each individual item can be slightly different. Therefore, slight variations in craftsmanship, or gemstones and diamonds, are considered part of the character of each item. It should not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

* Repairs, resizing, or other services performed by a jeweler other than La More Design will void our manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions from the Warranty: 

We are fortunate to use our hands regularly for almost everything in life. Therefore, the product warranty does not cover the following things since they are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Wear and tear issues. Common wear and tear issues include:
• Stones falling out over time due to bent, caught, broken, or worn-out prongs
• Metal discoloration caused by household cleaners, hand sanitizer, makeup, perfume, hairspray, chlorinated pool, or hot tubs/Jacuzzis
• Misshapen ring settings cause diamonds or gemstones to pop out due to pressure from daily physical work, such as exercise (especially weightlifting or pilates), heavy physical work, gardening, etc.
• Abused or deeply damaged jewelry
• Damaged or missing center diamond or gemstone
• Lost or stolen jewelry

For the situations above (or any issue with your ring that isn’t covered by the manufacturer's warranty), please don't hesitate to contact us. We always do our best to restore the integrity of your ring for a fee.

Our Guarantee

Each piece of jewelry comes with a jewelry appraisal report signed by our GIA graduate gemologist, verifying the quality of the materials. If the jewelry features a lab-grown diamond center stone, it will also include an original IGI or GCAL diamond report.

Jewelry Insurance

While we offer a warranty, we want you to remember that we are not an insurance company, so we don't offer jewelry insurance. Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, or chipped, damaged, or missing center diamond or gemstone. Therefore, we recommend adding your valuable jewelry to your renter’s or homeowner’s insurance policy.
